Due to the fact that these products are handmade and often personalized, we do not accept returns.

Please be aware that measuring your pet's neck size is an essential step before ordering a collar and you will have to start a new order if you have ordered the wrong size.

Damages and problems


Please check your order upon receipt and contact us (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the issue.


Exchanges


As with returns, we do not accept exchanges.

However, please contact us within 3 days if you have any problems with your order.

Please note that pet collars cannot be returned or exchanged if you purchased the wrong size.
